Founder of Palatinus Consulting
He holds specialist qualifications in mental health counselling, sociology and applied psychology. He founded Palatinus Consulting in 2011, and gained his Master Coach qualification in 2013.
Career
Zoltán holds specialist qualifications in mental health counselling, sociology and applied psychology. He has gained wide experience in individual therapeutic and personal development counselling, in work, organisational and leadership psychology, and in developing organisations and leaders.
He has also studied business administration, management methodology, sales, training facilitation, coaching, intercultural communication and project management in the United States (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago), Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
In 2013 he gained his Master Coach qualification.
For 4 years he worked with disadvantaged young people and young adults, where he achieved success partly in treating alcohol and drug problems, and in solving mental health and social problems.
Since 1998 he has worked on developing leaders, salespeople, people in logistics, manufacturing and product development, and other groups within companies.
He has 10 years of senior management experience: 8 years as managing director and two years as head of sales.
In 2011 he founded his own business, Palatinus Consulting, which provides selection support alongside organisational development, coaching and training.
He is the Hungarian jury member of ESEC (European Society for Education and Communication), responsible on the Hungarian side for awarding the ERASMUS and Comenius media prizes.
Since 2011 he has been a member of BNI’s organisation in Hungary, where he is a popular speaker.

In his free time he most enjoys reading, travelling, playing golf and dancing. He is also active in the community through Rotary in Hungary, is a founding member of the first Hungarian Rotary e-club, and supports UNICEF with group programmes for personal development and greater effectiveness.
