Even if we learn the principles of skiing at home in a warm room, we will still not be successful on the ski slope. We need a professional who helps us to practise, understand, experience and apply the principles well.
The aim of training
The aim of corporate and business training (and coaching) is similar: to practise the principles in a specific area, to gather experience and impressions, and to understand the things, some of which we may already have known in theory, while others we may not yet have heard of or may already have forgotten.
What the trainer sees from the outside
The trainer (coach) sees us from the outside and is able to notice the things that cannot be seen from the inside because of emotional involvement or habit. Accordingly, the trainer can give feedback that generates real change.
As part of a comprehensive organisational development strategy, significant and measurable market growth can be achieved through well-chosen coaching and training programmes adapted to the specific situation.

It starts with an assessment
With our partners and prospective partners, our first step is to assess the real situation, using interviews, questionnaires and, where needed, psychometric tests.
Based on the results of the assessment, we develop or put together the specific development package, largely by customising the training programmes listed above.
Most often, the shortcomings that come to the fore during organisational development form the basis of the development and training programmes.
Where needed, we also put together a “blended learning” programme, which may include online materials, further tests, tasks to be completed between modules/workshops, and Skype consultations and progress reports scheduled in between.
